Something happened. It was a couple months ago or maybe it's been a few years but despite attempts to move on, the painful experience replays and echoes in your mind. Some days it's all you can think about.

Friends or family might be a little confused around the subject. They try their best to lift you up but you notice they don’t truly understand the impact of that pain. It’s started to cause you to feel even more disconnected and closed off.

Work has been a struggle too. You're not as motivated as you were before and your productivity has taken a significant dip. You find yourself avoiding the pain in the hopes it will vanish on its own.

You want to step out of the cycle but every time you stop to catch your breath, you notice that momentary relief sent you flying back. You’ve picked yourself up and now you’re thinking “there must be another way”. You are motivated to change but don’t exactly know how.


I help individuals dealing with the aftermath of a threatening event find peace. Together we explore underlying causes for these symptoms and identify solutions that make sense for their life. I help guide them through the maze of their emotions and thoughts to a place of flexibility where they can make decisions on their terms.
